Hugo Sprouts is tired of being the smallest in his family! Little kids like him can't do anything fun. Hugo can't ride scary roller coasters and he's never picked first for kickball. But Hugo isn't just any kid - he's a mad scientist with a plan.

When Hugo invents a potion that will help him grow big and strong, he wakes up the next day and finds out that it's worked better than he ever could have imagined.

But the townspeople aren't so happy to have a green giant around - especially one who enjoys causing mayhem!

With some help form his faithful dog, will Hugo learn how to be the bigger person?
