Class Action

Sixth-grader Sam Warren is fed up with doing endless tasks from the time he gets home to the time he goes to sleep. Suspended from school for refusing to do his homework, Sam decides to fight back. With the help of his elderly neighbor/retired attorney, Sam files a class action lawsuit on behalf of all students in Los Angeles. His argument? Homework is unconstitutional.
